Hello!

I am a graduate student in Economics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Previously, I worked in the Record Linking Lab at Brigham Young University, where I led a team of undergraduate research assistants.

My research focuses on processing historical records and other datasets and using them to answer economic questions. My main project at the moment is joint authorship with Ariadna Jou on a paper about the effects of New Deal-era government relief spending on longevity. I'm also working with Seth Cannon on a paper featuring a new dataset of official NCAA Women's Gymnastics scores that we use to look for environmental racial microaggression effects in the NCAA.
